I have a few friends who push me now and again to write about my childhood as well but a) I don't think it's terribly interesting and b) I don't want to live there anymore. But I have always admitted that my most inspired writing was when I was still living in the chaos. I'm conflicted in that I'm happy to not be living back in that unsafe time, emotionally, physically but I miss the need to write.

I'd be happy to read anything you write even if I don't do very well with horror stories. <3

I don't watch scary movies [D loves them, though, I have no idea how that happened] -- they're scary!!

Though I enjoy your writing about most anything.

"And that, Marjorie, just so you will know—and your children will someday know—is the night the lights went out in Georgia!"

And this, Jhames, just so you will know, is one of the many reasons I adore you. (And you thought it was all about my covetousness of Vincenzo, didn't you?)

Perhaps you should rename these "Om-meal".

This sounds delicious. I think I just want to eat the batter raw.

You can keep the tea in a clean, sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for a week. The tea is not a concentrate but you can add warm milk (shhh) and honey and drink it as chai tea.

I can't quite put down 15 cups of tea in one go, especially not tea that takes 3+ hours to make. How long can the tea keep in the fridge? Is the result a concentrate that should be diluted?
