Also, saw her in Pittsburgh once. One of my (rather annoying) hangers-on at said show gave Siouxsie a rose. She shot back a blank stare until her band mate yelled, “Smash it, Siouxsie, SMASH IT!”
And. She. Did.
The hanger-on left the venue screaming. I left with my mouth agape, in awe.
