StyleScout* brought the concept of LendingTree into fashion, where boutiques offer outfit ideas based on the event specified by users’ measurements, preferences and fashion dislikes. Users can also ask their friends and other users to vote on the boutiques’ offerings. The client wanted sophistication seen through a minimalist’s eye so users would keep their eyes on the prize and not the website.

Behind the Seams
StyleScout started only as an idea which meant everything had to be built around it. The brand identity was always intended to be a lettermark and not a logo, so like a casting for models the type treatment for StyleScout was chosen from pages of proposed type treatments.
Now hit the runway!
The focus of the website is fashion which meant creating a clean, minimal presentation. A color palette of charcoal grey, chocolate brown and cherry red provides just enough versatility to make every dress, skort and pantsuit look their very best.
