The textual graphics were set in ITC Dyadis, a typeface family designed by Austrian designer Yvonne Diedrich in 1998. “Named after the Latin word dyas which means ‘duality’ or ‘of a binary form,’ ITC Dyadis explores the duality of serif and sans serif letterforms. According to Diedrich, the letterforms were inspired by typefaces from the 1920s and 30s and combine the legibility and elegance of a serif font with the simplicity of sans serif.”¹

I use Adobe Creative Suite Professional on an Apple PowerBook G4 for all my web design and development work: all site images were created in Illustrator, manipulated in Photoshop, and optimized in ImageReady. Photographs on my site were taken hither and thither with my Fuji FinePix S9500.
This site was developed using valid XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2.1 – yes, even the Flash validates as XHTML 1.0 Strict – coded by hand using Adobe GoLive. The following browsers will correctly display my site:
Internet Explorer doesn’t play nice with JavaScript and CSS, so God only knows what my site will do in its browser. God. only. knows.
My site can be viewed at a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 with colors set to millions; do catch up with the rest of us and make sure you have these settings to properly enjoy my site.
